Jane is a coach and organisational development consultant with twenty years experience in the field of adult learning and development within organisations spanning the public, private and not for profit sector. Her skill in establishing rapport enables her to draw out the best in people at all levels and has made her an effective facilitator of both groups and individuals. As a coach, Jane’s results focussed approach enables her clients to quickly establish clear goals and find practical, personalised solutions to enable them to deliver their objectives and realise their potential.

A former HR professional, Jane is able to combine both her strategic and operational management experience to support individuals, teams and organisations to gain insights into their current situation and develop new and fresh approaches. An accredited coach with the Association for Coaching and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, Jane is a reflective person and takes every opportunity to develop her own skills base.

Jane has a long-standing, voluntary commitment to local justice. She is a Member of the Judical Studies Board Magisterial Committee with strategic oversight for the development of the Judicary within the Magistrates’ Courts of England and Wales and on the Equal Treatment Advisory Committee for the Courts’ Service.
